We implemented an Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and our embedded recruitment team streamlined the hiring process and delivered high-quality talent, enhancing the candidate experience along the way.
Over the initial 12 month period, we radically improved the efficiency of the hiring process, reduced annual cost and formed one process ensuring a world class candidate experience. We attracted over 8,000 candidates and conducted over 2,100 interviews, resulting in 170 permanent placements and 23 temporary filled positions.
