The Journey from Goodman Masson to G-NIUS: A Legacy of Better Hiring

It started on a recruitment floor over 20 years ago, when Chris Porges and Andrew Webster-Garvey first crossed paths. Sharing a belief that recruitment could, and should, be done differently; they reconnected a few years later at Goodman Masson alongside Guy Hayward, and the vision took shape.

In 2016, the RPO business within Goodman Masson was born. Today, that legacy lives on in G-NIUS. A standalone brand built on decades of experience, designed to deliver Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions fit for the modern hiring landscape.
