This comprehensive overhaul remodelling and expanding the entire organisation, presenting an opportunity to modernise both its personnel and culture. Leveraging our expertise in employer branding, sourcing strategies, and employee engagement, we collaborated closely with the People and Marketing departments to design an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that positioned the business as the employer of choice in their area.
Over our five year partnership, this co-designed market approach resulted in over 500 successful placements, increased retention rates, and enhanced productivity, contributing to the organisation’s ongoing success.
